Mōhala Rewards Program

  • Mōhala Rewards Program is a special referral initiative designed to reward loyal members who share the serenity of the Abloom Inward Mōhala Wellness Lounge with others. Each time the program is offered, it will feature a unique theme to create an engaging and mindful experience for participants.

    Current Theme: This time, we’re introducing "Mindful Moments" This theme invites you to share the gift of wellness while enjoying the simple pleasures of your favorite Starbucks beverages, turning each referral into a moment of harmony and joy.

  • Refer & Earn:

    For each successful referral (a friend who signs up for a Mōhala Membership), the referrer earns points that can be redeemed for Starbucks gift cards.

    The more people they refer, the higher the value of the gift cards.

  • 2 Referrals: Earn a $10 Starbucks Gift Card.

    4 Referrals: Earn a $15 Starbucks Gift Card.

    6 Referrals: Earn a $20 Starbucks Gift Card.

    8+ Referrals: Earn a $25 Starbucks Gift Card.

  • Eligibility: Only existing Mōhala Membership members are eligible to participate in the referral program.

    New Referrals Only: The referral must be a completely new member who has never been part of the Abloom Inward Mōhala Wellness Lounge before.

    Program Period: The Harmony Rewards Program will run from September 5-30, 2024

    All referrals made during this period will count towards the reward calculation.

    Reward Distribution: At the end of the program period, all referrals will be calculated, and e-gift cards will be sent out via email based on the number of successful referrals.

    1. To refer someone, the referrer should direct them to the Mōhala Membership sign-up page, where a referral link will be provided above the membership sign-up form.

    2. The referred person must enter the referrer’s first and last name in the designated field and hit submit. These submissions will go directly to us for tracking purposes.

    3. Referrals are tracked through this system, and each referrer has a unique referral code associated with their account.

    4. Once a referral is confirmed (i.e., the referred person signs up for the membership), the e-gift card will be emailed to the referrer within 7 days after the program period ends.

  • The Mōhala Rewards Program will pop up sporadically throughout the year, each time with a different theme. Keep an eye out for these special opportunities, as they don’t happen every month.

It is a harmonious gathering of like-minded individuals committed to being present and consciously exploring the possibilities within.

  • "Pause in the Present" invites members to step away from the busyness of everyday life and find sanctuary in the present moment. This theme emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, helping members cultivate awareness and appreciation for the here and now. By encouraging a pause, it creates space for self-reflection, relaxation, and a deeper connection with oneself and the world around.

    Embrace the Now: Activities designed to encourage mindful awareness and appreciation of the present, helping members disconnect from distractions and reconnect with themselves.

    Find Peace in Stillness: Providing moments throughout the day where members can simply be, without the need to do, plan, or achieve, creating a sanctuary of peace and calm.

  • Members are invited to participate in various wellness activities, events, and workshops designed to enhance personal well-being and foster community connection.

    Each time the Wellness Collective program is offered, it features a unique theme that guides the activities and focus for that period.

    Members can join by registering for events, engaging in wellness challenges, or becoming ambassadors who lead and inspire within the community.

    Monthly themed events focusing on meditation, yoga, sound healing, and other mindfulness practices to connect members and promote inner peace.

    Educational Workshops:

    Expert-led sessions covering topics like nutrition, stress management, holistic healing, and self-care to equip members with knowledge and practical skills.

    Wellness Ambassadors Program:

    A leadership initiative for members who wish to play an active role in promoting wellness within the community, organizing events, and supporting new members.

    Community Connection Circles:

    Small group meet-ups that provide a space for deeper conversations, shared experiences, and mutual support focused on specific wellness topics.

    Wellness Challenges:

    Quarterly challenges that encourage members to achieve personal wellness goals, engage in physical activities, and practice mindfulness, with rewards for participation.

    Retreats & Special Events:

    Annual or bi-annual retreats focusing on immersive wellness experiences, such as nature retreats, digital detox weekends, or specialized wellness workshops designed to deepen members' connection to themselves and the community.

  • Eligibility: The Wellness Collective is open to all existing Mōhala Membership members.

    Participation: Members can participate in events, workshops, and challenges according to their interests and availability.

    Ambassadors: Members interested in becoming Wellness Ambassadors must apply and commit to promoting wellness initiatives and supporting community events.

    Code of Conduct: Members are expected to respect others, maintain a positive and supportive environment, and contribute to the collective’s harmony.

Our Wellness Week Takeovers invite organizations and groups to host a specially curated week of well-being, offering a transformative experience for every participant. Each member will receive a pass for an 11-minute demo session, introducing them to the rejuvenating power of our wellness modalities

    1. Host Your Wellness Week:
      Each week, a different organization or group—such as corporate teams, military units, community organizations, or social clubs—can host a Wellness Week at The Wellness Lounge. This beautiful initiative fosters a shared commitment to health and well-being, bringing people together in the spirit of collective care.

    2. Tailored Wellness Experience:
      Our team collaborates with the host organization to craft a customized schedule of wellness activities, workshops, and guided experiences. Each event is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs and interests of the group, ensuring a personalized and meaningful wellness journey.

    3. 11-Minute Demo Sessions:
      Every participant receives a pass for one 11-minute demo session, offering a taste of our signature wellness experiences. These demos provide a gentle introduction to the benefits of our offerings, allowing participants to experience holistic well-being firsthand.

    4. Daily Themes and Intentional Activities:
      Each day of the Wellness Week will be guided by a specific theme, such as Gratitude, Mindfulness, Stress Relief, or Compassion.

    5. Reflect, Connect, and Grow:
      At the end of the week, participants are encouraged to reflect on their experiences, share insights, and connect with one another. This can be facilitated through group discussions, personal journaling, or feedback sessions, fostering a sense of community, personal growth, and deeper connection.

    • Session Availability: Sessions are available daily between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Simply drop in, relax, and enjoy.

    • Choose Your Day: Select any single day during your designated Wellness Week to immerse yourself in a transformative wellness experience.

    • Identification: Please wear your organization’s apparel, display your name tag badge, or bring your Wellness Takeover card. This will serve as your one-time pass for the 11-minute demo sessions.

    • Holistic Well-Being: Explore a range of wellness practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit, supporting a balanced and harmonious lifestyle.
